Floral FAQs

Does Mone Opulence offer shipping outside of Dallas/Fort Worth?
At this time, we do not offer a shipping service, only delivery.
Are there any delivery restrictions within Dallas/Fort Worth?
We provide local delivery within a 20-25 mile radius of Farmers Branch. If your order requires delivery outside of that delivery zone, we will contact you directly to discuss alternatives.
How far in advance should I place an order?
For floral arrangements, we require 48 hour notice. For extensive floral needs, (i.e. personal events, corporate events, weddings, etc.) we request a 60 day lead time with a required consultation.

Do you do special event florals? If so, what is required to request your services?
Yes we do! The first thing that is required is a consultation, but prior to that you can use the Contact Us form or email us at admin@themonegroup.com and provide the following information:
  • Event Date/Time/Location
  • Event Theme
  • Floral (Product) Request
  • Headcount
  • Color palettes
  • Desired Budget

Upon receipt of this information, we will follow up within 48 hours (via email) to schedule a meeting to review the event details and discuss next steps.

I purchased a gift card, how can the recipient use it?

How can I extend the life of my floral arrangement?
As much as we all love the beauty and smell of fresh flowers, the reality is they do have a limited life span. Here are a few ways to extend the life of your arrangements:
  • Do not hesitate to remove dead flowers immediately. Some florals will outlast others so to not compromise the overall look of your arrangement, take the liberty to remove dead stems or snip brown petals.
  • Spray flower petals daily.
  • Refresh the water every (3) days.  Clean the vase first before adding fresh water and flower food.
  • Snip the flower stems before adding them back into the vase.
  • If you do not want to disturb the look of your arrangement, you can add fresh water every (3) days - but the preferred method is listed above.
